consular services, as listed below, can be obtained by application
through mail. In case the applicant chooses to apply by mail, he/she
must send a self addressed, postage paid envelop for return service.
The applicants are advised to send pre-paid envelopes from USPS, UPS, DHL,
FedEx
etc. for efficient and secured service.

All request for service must be addressed to :

Documents sent
without a pre-paid self-addressed envelop are not processed.

- If reference needs to be made to competent authorities in
Bangladesh.
- If the application is received with incomplete information.
- If fees sent are inadequate or paid in a manner, not
acceptable by this Consulate.
- Or for any other deficiencies in the application.
Please make sure that you have provided your contact telephone
numbers in your application. The Consulate General may need to
contact you for further clarification/information in respect of the
your application. If the applicant cannot be reached in three
consecutive days, the application may not be processed.
